Very gentle and humble person. Doug never hesitates to answer your calls, 24 hrs/day responds accurately before sale or after sale. He's different from other realtors. Usually when the property is sold, realtors are "no where to be found" but he's always focus on the ball. He never lets the ball bounce twice. In tennis when a ball bounces twice, you lose the point. You need to hit w/o a bounce or after a bounce to hang on to the rally. One of the hardest things in life is to be a "general" and he has that character! He sold my house in record time for the highest price!
