Doug epitomized professional realtor! We were purchasing a home out-of-state (Ohio), and basically, Doug was "our eyes," as we could only get down to Florida to walk through homes on occasion. Doug listened to our needs, wants, desires, and was able to walk through several homes for us, taking photos and texting them as we chatted about the details (live!). He was always available by phone and text, and answered our questions or provided follow-through with the seller when we needed further information. He graciously opened his evenings to my husband who, when he could, would meet Doug after work to walk through a series of homes. We worked with Doug approximately 9 months until he, quite literally, walked through a home for us that we ultimately fell in love with...sight-unseen. He's that good!!
